I began my career through a Steel Erecting & Rigging Apprenticeship, building a strong practical foundation in structural installation and lifting operations.
Progressing from hands-on rigging roles into supervisory and planning positions, I developed a comprehensive understanding of lifting operations across a wide range of environments.
I have progressed through the industry from practical rigging roles to Appointed Person for Lifting Operations and offshore LOLER Focal Point responsibilities, gaining real-world experience across:
